At your first appointment, your osteopath will listen to you explain your symptoms and explain what has brought you to the clinic, then ask you about your medical history before proceeding to a full examination, both of the affected area and your general biomechanics.
Your osteopath will give you a diagnosis and explain the most appropriate treatment for you. You will receive treatment at your fist appointment and should normally notice an improvement straight away.
